Major Props to my sister-in-law Beth today...
She competed in her 1st Triathlon.
She competed in her 1st Triathlon.
She participated in the JCC Scottsdale Fall Festival Sprint Triathlon.
The race included a 250 yard swim, 9.5 mile bike ride, and a 2.5 mile run.
She completed the course in about 1 Hr and 10 Min (roughly- I'm not sure of her exact time).
Beth did such a great job- and we had a blast cheering her on!
I did my best to take as many photos that I could.
(I was busy with mommy duties-entertaining a soccer field full of kids with Jack's baseball and bat).

PS- Not only did Phoenix reach record high temps in the 100's today, Beth was also fighting a cold. What a trooper!
Thanks Lizzy! You're very sweet to brag about my race. Thanks so much for being there and sticking it out in the heat. It really meant a lot to have everyone there. I had to finish, I couldn't disappoint everyone :).
