18 Month Check Up

Jack is 18 Months old today.
He had a great check-up at the doctor's office.
Jack weighs 26 pounds and 10 ounces
and measures 33 1/2 inches in length.
(His weight is in the 62% and his height is in the 82%).
He's also right on track when it comes to his development.
He's running, imitating, and repeating any word he hears.

Some of Jack's New Words:
ball
work- As in, Daddy's at work.
nose

mil- milk
NO!
Mama- Grandma
Lo-Lo- Lou Lou
lise- shoes (don't ask- I'm still trying to figure that one out).
beball- baseball, basketball and/or football.
bat
be- bike
gatar- Guitar
naa- nuck
mail
Hi- (didn't think it was possible, but Jack actually managed to say hello to everyone at the grocery store the other day)

Toy: Blow-Up Baseball Bat and Football
Fruit: Cantaloupe
Food: Ranch Dip
Loves to wash his hands at the sink
Loves to sit on mommy and daddy's bed to watch Football

JACK'S DISLIKES:
Hates the sound of a vacuum.
Hates when his face is wiped clean after a meal
Hates being told No

We enjoyed a day at the park today with Lily and Ryan.

Before the Randalls arrived- Jack helped me make our picnic lunch.
(it looks like Jack snuck a little taste of the dip).

And we're off....
We packed Jack and Ryan in the wagon along with our lunches, drinks, and 5 balls, a bat, and a tee-ball stand.
