Lucille Mary

Lucille Mary arrived Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 5:51am.
She weighed in at 7lbs. 7oz. 18in. long.

Even though she was nearly 6 days late- this little girl was ready to enter the world- and came quick.

Chris, Jack ans I arrived at the hospital shortly after 5am. While waiting for my dad to take Jack back home- Chris barley made it to the delivery room in time.

But shortly thereafter- Chris and I were holding our beautiful, healthy baby girl.

We enjoyed the rest of the day with visitor after visitor, including the most important visitor of all- Big Brother, Jack!

He ran right into the room (mostly excited to see mom) and sat on the bed with me and helped me hold Lucy. He smiled, and gave her a kiss on her head. Since then, he can't stop kissing his little sister.

Just a little background on Lucy's name. She's named after our maternal great-grandmas, (both Lucille) and Grandmas (both Mary).

We're home now, getting used to our new roommate. We'll post more pics as we take them, and get time.
