Go BCP!

B-B-B-R-O-N-N-N-C-O.
B-R-O-N-C-O.
GO BRONCOS!

As long as I can remember- the month of November meant-
Fall, Thanksgiving, and the BCP vs. St. Mary's Football Game.
It was always a game we attended as a family.
(except for those years when Mike, Chris and I actually attended Brophy and Xavier- and chose to go on our own).

For reasons I'm still trying to understand, Brophy and St. Mary's technically do not play each other anymore (something about the 5A Division being so big, they had to split it into 2 categories).

Anyway- the Diocese still wanted to uphold the tradition.... allowing the rival schools to play in a exhibition-like game.... in Early September.

So- long story even longer- last Friday, we dressed Jack in his Brophy Red and let him attend his first Brophy Football Game!

Although it was hot, sticky and crowded- Jack loved watching the game.
He's obsessed with football right now- and loved getting to see a real game.

And I think Papa was excited to share the tradition with one of his grandsons!
Chris and I better start saving now for Brophy tuition.
PS- Brophy Won! 44 to 7.
